It was very hot on the way so we broke the 'lengthy' journey with a drink at a little bar/coffee house we passed. Sam tried a mocha frappe - wow an instant hit with everyone! Sid stuck to orange Fanta and Frank to his new fluorescent green tropical Fanta, it looks vile but he seems to enjoy it. I had lemon tea - cost 95 baht.
We quickly found the gallery and paid to get in, 300 baht each, the kids had to pay adult price as they are over 1.2m! Midgets don't get in for kids prices I bet!
The art work was amazing check some of the photos below.
After a few more hours browsing shops near the night market area we headed into the old town to wander the streets. We ended up in Dash a nice restaurant in the South East corner of the old town up a little back street. The mango cheesecake and brownie were very nice.
Then a calm walk home for an early night with a little street food picked up on the way for 20 baht.
