We've been lucky enough to spend the last 3 days in and around the town of Quepos, 6 kms from the National Park. Well mostly we've been around our quirky but cool accommodation The Jungle Villa, owned by a Dutch guy who has a huge 7 bedroom villa with triple level pool and lets you rent rooms from him!
But on to more important things... the National Park.
Wow what a setting! It might be small, but that makes it easily walkable. You might not be able to walk more than 50 steps without seeing another visitor, or 51 steps without hearing an American accent, but to be honest they can be as entertaining as the animals at times.
What you will see is wildlife in it's natural habitat. A wide varied collection of lizards, amphibians, insects and mammals, most notably, monkeys, sloths, agoutis and racoons. Take a look and see for yourself...
But at last we have reliable internet. Apologies for any errors in this blog post, it's been a long hard drive.
Keep travelling.
